I'm a cloud security engineer and consultant based in Seattle with close to a decade of experience designing, securing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
My career began in the energy sector, where I supported power generation systems on NERC CIP high-impact environments — work that instilled a deep respect for security rigor and operational reliability. From there I moved into blockchain and financial technology, spending several years at tZERO owning GCP infrastructure end to end — Kubernetes, networking, IAM, CI/CD — while driving significant cost optimization and leading the shift to a trunk-based GitOps strategy. As an independent consultant, I helped FinTech startups modernize cloud architecture and accelerate deployment timelines.
Today I serve as a Senior Consultant at RKON, advising enterprise clients on cloud security architecture, compliance strategy, and secure infrastructure design. I'm also pursuing an MBA at Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business, sharpening the strategic and business thinking that complements my engineering depth.
